ALEXANDRA VARELA

I was born in Costa do Castelo, Lisboa. Before I was born, my parents called me João Miguel but when I was born it become Alexandra. I lived in Comenda with my grandparents and at nine months, althought with still tender roots, they brought me back to town. Alice had a backyard with lot of dirt and trees where I played till nine years old. In the breaks I went to school. My adolescence was very plain, trying to figure out the sense of things. I never liked that school very much but I still foundly remember some of the teachers. Got a graduation in Architecture, made a bunch of friends and lots of x-act cuts. Has I have a lot of luck (the good type) I worked with good professionals which were also good people and taught me valuable things. I like voices, music and theater. One day I signed up for the Hot Club Jazz school and studied there for three years. I still sing. I tell stories. Act. Draw theater scenaries. Understood the joy of sharing. And since then I read alot and loud, for anyone who want's to ear.
